Mortgage banker Josh Cilman has been involved in the mortgage lending business since 2001. He began his career at Intercoastal Mortgage at the entry-level, and then rose quickly through the ranks to serve as a loan officer, senior vice president, and finally executive vice president. Josh has successfully originated over $1.5 Billion in loans and continues to be a top producer at ICM. But despite his success, Josh treats every client as if they were his first and only customers, keeping them informed and minimizing their stress throughout the process. Through his long career at ICM, he learned first-hand what’s involved with the application process and how to help clients avoid pitfalls. He’s also dedicated to answering his customers’ questions quickly and efficiently, so he stays available by cell phone even in the evenings and on weekends.
Having grown up in Northern Virginia, attended George Mason University, and lived in the area since the 1980s, Josh also understands the appeal of the region for his clients. More importantly, his background has given him insight into the region’s real estate market cycles over the last few decades, as well as where it may be heading. To provide an even greater level of service to his clients, Josh created the Cilman Group, handpicked a team of seasoned mortgage banking professionals
