I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 1985 and is the CEO and Founder of Mortgage Savvy Advisors. I served as a Regional Senior Vice President at the Federal Savings Bank and East Divisional Vice President at Caliber Home Loans. It’s my passion to create and execute marketing penetration strategies designed to take a Loan Officer’s production to the next level as well as significant company growth.
Over the years, I’ve recruited and hired Production, Management and Support Staff while also developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals along with objectives overseeing Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Closing and Compliance personnel. Having worked directly with Branch Managers and Loan Officers, I’ve executed review performance, production goals, writing Policy and Procedures, and researching third party vendors.
I’m dedicated to producing impressive results with market strategies to promote growth and increase market share. With proven leadership skills and the ability to problem solve using a common sense approach, my goal is to work with you through highly effective communication skills to achieve the maximum results.
