VP/Chief Business Development Officer
A successful career starts with a one-on-one meeting to understand your goals and provide a foundation for your career journey. Now, let’s talk about your exciting opportunity here at ICM.
I am often asked if I am a recruiter and my response is, “well not really”…I have been in the mortgage industry since 1985. I originated for 29 of those years before taking V-Suite positions as a RVP and DVP for one of the largest Lenders in the Country. I have an extensive work history at all levels, from Loan Officer to Branch Manager, to Regional Vice President to Divisional Vice President.
Today, as VP/Chief Business Development Officer, I work alongside of the Executive staff including the CEO and President of the organization, developing recruiting strategies to expand markets, and attract and retain existing Top talent. While maintaining client relationships, I am leading the overall business development vision, plans and hiring processes that will drive sales, contribute to the company’s profit level, and loan production, drive growth, increase our Brand presence, identify, recruit and hire Loan Officers and/or Branch Managers and identify M&A opportunities.
Utilizing my Experience, Leadership, Communication and Problem-Solving skills, I have developed strategizing techniques to, search and identify potential candidates (using a data-driven platform), to evaluate markets, analyze competitors, assist in negotiating Offers, share ideas and values, identifying any internal issues preventing business growth and collaborating with our Marketing Team to support production and business development plans.
The reality is, finding the right company isn’t difficult. What’s difficult is finding one who understands your skillsets and experience, and who is willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs.
